So I created my podcast funnel to do exactly that. I told the stories I knew my audience needed to hear, and turned it into a podcast (shoutout to Franco for handling all the tech for me!)
And guess what happened once I released it? People asked for the link to sign up for my program before they even listened to all the episodes (I know– that’s how powerful podcast funnels are).
Over the last 7 years, I’ve helped countless people launch their group programs, sell high- and low-ticket offers, and book out their 1:1 services. I know exactly what stories your clients need to hear to convert. And I know how to leverage different consumer behaviours to make the sale.
I decided to try something new– launching my signature program with a podcast. It sounded fun, and I knew I had a ton to say to my ideal leads. But the course left a lot to be desired (to put it very nicely.)
Most importantly: it didn’t teach me how to take leads from cold to “hell yeah, I’m ready”. It didn’t teach me how to create a customer journey. And I definitely didn’t learn how to strategically plan the episodes to overcome objections.
In episode 2 or 3, when you’re super comfortable talking to the microphone and you’re really hitting your stride of dropping knowledge — that's really cool. It feels good to be the person who's made it easy for you to do that.
